The Bay at Belmont Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in Madison, Wisconsin, where we believe in enhancing quality of life through compassionate care. We offer comprehensive long-term and short-term care options for individuals in need of 24-hour skilled nursing care or rehabilitative care after surgery or other illnesses.
Our rehabilitation program includes licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists. Therapy is available seven days a week.
