Rehab Center: Lakewood Therapy & Living Center

Lakewood Therapy & Living Center provides the post-hospital, skilled nursing care and long or short-term rehabilitation services to help you or your loved one recover, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. We accept patients 24/7 and provide transportation. We are a Medicaid and Medicare facility. For long-term residents, we provide regular activities to keep residents engaged and entertained and offer services that help them maintain their quality of life and the highest level of comfort.
